The comfortis for dogs Pink is for very small dogs weighing in between 2.3 -4.5 kg. Note that the medicine is not to be used on cats. The packet consists of six chewable tablets. One each provides protection for 30 days.
It is very convenient to administer the drug as it is in the form of a chew. Once the medicine is taken by the dog, it is protected for the next 30 day from the nuisance of fleas. The drug is taken internally, so there are no chances of the drug being rubbed off or shaken off. Vets recommend this medicine because very small number of dogs suffers side effects after having the medicine.

This is the first time I have tried this product. 2 weeks on, so far so good! If my dog stays free of fleas until she is due again, I would give it a 5 star rating as it is simple to administer. Also, she doesn't have an "off-colour" day afterwards which used to happen with liquid products. |
